**Job Summary**:As a Payroll Clerk you will be responsible for managing employee data, ensuring accuracy in timesheets and wage calculations, and that all is processed on time The ideal person for this role will possess outstanding attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills as being a vital point of contact to both internal and external relationships.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Provide information and answer employee questions regarding payroll related matters.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure correct employee data.
- Manage electronic timekeeping systems and manually collecting/reviewing timesheets.
- Calculation of payable hours and premiums.
- Prepare and issue earning statements and manage direct deposits.
- Maintenance of employee records.
- Weekly submission of invoices to customers.
- Provide administrative assistance to payroll department and participate in various projects as required.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Payroll & Administrative experiences
- Excellent bilingual communications both written and verbal (French & English)
- Great data entry and customer services skills
- Good computer & administrative skills (great data entry & MS Office skills)
- Great time management skills; able to manage & prioritize changing priorities
- Team player; collaborative; roll up their sleeve to help others (when required & available)
- Personable, energetic, positive with a “can-do” attitude
