Our products are currently being used in Subway restaurants worldwide, Burger King, as well as Marriott and Best Western Hotels to name a few.

MVP Group is looking for a highly capable Invoice Processor to join our team in our Montreal office. We need an organized individual who can provide entry level support by ensuring the efficient running of the process from beginning to end.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Implementing invoicing procedures.
- Tracking, reviewing, approving, and issuing invoices.
- Defining invoicing data types and maintaining databases.
- Investigating slow approvals.
- Managing client requests
- Uploading and archiving invoice data, as well as filing contracts.
- Reviews data for errors, missing pages or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
- Verifying tax information.
- Prepares, compiles and sorts of documents for data entry.
- **Provided general support to another Departments if needed.**

**Your Skills and Abilities**:

- 1+ years’ experience in invoicing clerk associate
- Proficiency with Sage software and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrates the ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and solve problems immediately.
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Fast learner and work under pressure.
- Excellent English & French language skills, both written and verbal.

**Additional Details**:

- 37.5 hours per week (8:30am-5:00pm). Monday to Friday. Day shift.
- Full Benefits Package after 3 months
- Casual dress code
- On-site parking
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: 35,000$ to 37,000$ based on experience
