**Duties**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
- Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently and provide support for group bookings as required.
- Handle cash, credit card, and billing transactions securely and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage phone systems to answer calls promptly and provide information or direct calls as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in hotel Night Audit/Front Desk or Customer Service roles is preferred.
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing guest requests and records.
- A friendly demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure while multitasking effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest services role is preferred.
- Experience with PEP PMS is a strong asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure.
- Flexible schedule availability including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality education is an asset.
