**About the Opportunity**:
The ATE Student Support Consultant role for the OPOR project is structured to provide robust, in-person and virtual support for Go-Live in May 2026. During the **pre-Go-Live phase**, students will follow a schedule focused on onboarding, training, and project preparation activities which will involve evening and weekend shifts for classroom support. In the **hyperphase**, students transition to a full-time clinical support schedule, which may include daytime, evening, nights, weekends and holiday shifts to provide real-time At The Elbow (ATE) support during the CIS Go-Live.

Team members will primarily work from their home locations, with travel within Halifax Regional Metro area for critical readiness activities and training. Must reside within one hour drive to Halifax/West Hants.

**About You**:

- Access to reliable transportation required
- Approved active work term/co-op required

**Hours**:

- Short-assignment Student Position
- Hybrid work arrangement
- Combination of 7.5 hour and 11.25 hour shifts (Shifts include days, evenings, nights, Holidays and weekends)
- Must be available to work full time 37.5 hours per week

**Compensation and Benefits**:
$22.00 Hourly + 4% in lieu of benefits and vacation
