**About the Opportunity**:

- Go live 1, December 6th, 2025.75 hours of training, 150 hours of scheduled work.

The ATE Support role for the OPOR project is structured to provide robust, in-person and virtual support across the province during six pivotal Go-Live phases. This role involves shift work, with schedules varying based on the project stage. During the Hypercare phase, you will be expected to work shifts that provide 24/7 coverage. In contrast, the pre-Go-Live period will typically follow a standard Monday-to-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. schedule.
- This flexible arrangement supports effective project delivery while prioritizing work-life balance and personal commitments. We welcome applicants from all regions of Nova Scotia, with no requirement to relocate to Halifax. However, extensive travel to Go-Live sites will be required during the Pre and Go Live phases. - Casual Surge hires: These positions will be offered full time for 6 weeks for each of the 6 Go Lives throughout the province.

**About You**:

- We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Consultant Level 0:

- Post-secondary diploma or university degree required
- Consultant Level 1:

- Post-secondary diploma in clinical, health science, information technology/clerical and or health adjacent field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- 1-3 years working within a healthcare setting required
- Consultant Level 2:

- Post-secondary diploma in a health science, information technology and or health adjacent field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- 1-3 years of Go Live support for EMR required. Cerner preferred

**About You Continued**:

- Consultant Level 3:

- Post-secondary diploma/degree in a clinical health science required
- Licensed by your Provincial Regulatory Body required
- 1-3 years hospital based experience required
- Consultant Level 4:

- Post-secondary diploma/degree as a Registered Nurse required
- Registered with the Nova Scotia College of Nursing required
- 1-3 years hospital based experience required

**About You Continued**:

- Other Qualifications:

- Detail oriented and ability to follow direction.
- Able to function well within a team setting and independently.
- Well-developed organizational and communications skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and ability for travel within the province.
- Previous Go live EMR support an asset.
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills and tasks.
- Ability to work successfully within a high change environment with a level of ambiguity with roles and functions
- Previous experience working along side or supporting physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and RN prescribers an asset

**Consultant Level 4**:$40.95 -$51.19 Hourly
