**What to expect**:
The position, Bilingual Client Services Advisor (6 months Contract /remote role) is responsible for the timely and accurate support to clients and CWB group representatives. This position will report to the Manager, Client Success Team and will work out of your home office.

This includes:

- Process CWB Certification documents (forms, file opening, file closure) for Eastern Territory clients
Course registration processing - includes transfers, cancellations and on‐line course extensions
- Exam appointment bookings and preparation (in office and offsite)
- Invoice payment processing
- Other duties as assigned

**What you bring to the table**:

- Bilingualism in English & French language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to interact with a number of individuals
- Work experience in Call Centre environment
- Certificate in Business Administration
- General Office Administration experience essential in corporate/professional environment
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Have the ability to display initiative, possess high-level organizational and customer service skills
- Travel might be required from time to time
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating environment

- Post-secondary education in a relevant degree or
- Equivalent work experience.
