**Key points/Highlights**:
**The resource must have the following minimum expectations**:
Hold an undergraduate university degree (bachelor's degree) in computer science or any other field deemed relevant; (MIFI diploma equivalence requested by the client)

Possess twelve (12) years of experience in the field of information technology;
Possess ten (10) years of experience in technological architecture in the design and implementation of systems involving the following activities: 1. architecture; 2. development; 3. location of deliveries;
Possess four (4) years of experience as an architectural consultant in the implementation of cloud computing solutions;
Bilingual with French and English

Have participated as a consultant in architecture of cloud computing solutions in two (2) projects of more than 1000 p-d;
Possess four (4) years of practical experience in the implementation of cloud computing infrastructures supporting the deployment of online services or the digital transformation of the organization's services;

**Assets**
- Have hands-on experience in setting up DevSecOps practice;
- Have 1 year of experience in technological architecture in a public body;
- Working knowledge of the Enterprise Architect (Sparx) architecture repository.

**Tasks**:Carry out the action plan as part of the CTI consolidation project Advise on IT/Telecom architecture orientations Identify short and medium-term infra and telecom needs in line with digital transformation orientations Produce techno architectures for the existing as well as the target architectures and make them evolve Supervise the operational issues and propose solutions and corrective measures Align the IT architecture with the security architecture

**Job description**:
**Main tasks to be performed**
- Advise and assist the DMOT in the development and integration of web solutions into the technological environment;
- Propose a process for developing the target technological architecture for online services and related functions and ensure its implementation;
- Produce solution recommendations and analyzes of implementation scenarios in response to organizational needs and taking into account the evolution of IT and operating methods;
- Accompany the production teams in the context of work of a technological nature by offering opinions and advice to ensure integration and compliance with the client's orientations
- Proceed with the development of the technological orientations to be favored to take charge of the integration needs;
- Ensure the success of the integration of the solution both at the technological and operational level (also including the aspects of security, performance, user-friendliness, robustness, evolution, accessibility and management).

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Up to $90.00 per hour
