Bilingual Order Desk Representative - Full-Time (Montreal, QC | 100% On-Site)

Salary:
$40,000 - $45,000 annually

Monday-Friday | Day Shift | No Weekends

Are you an organized, customer-focused professional looking to grow within a well-established Canadian company? A respected leader in the building materials and coatings industry is seeking a full-time Order Desk Representative to join their Montreal location.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and is fluent in both English and French. You'll be the key point of contact for processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and providing exceptional service to clients.

What You'll Do

  • Process and manage order requests from internal and external customers
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order handling, inventory coordination, and communication
  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
  • Assist with product inquiries and develop strong product knowledge (architectural & industrial)
  • Work closely with sales, production, and inventory teams to meet service-level expectations
  • Utilize POS/B-track systems and maintain accurate records
  • Support a collaborative team environment while also working independently

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Fully bilingual (English & French)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Solid computer skills and comfort working with POS systems
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills
