**Your job**:

- Efficiently support the day-to-day activities of sales teams
- Organize and coordinate internal and client events
- Ensure compliance with existing rules and regulations
- Coordinate various IT requests
- Participate in process improvement
- Resolve issues
- Work in collaboration with other team coordinators and partners.

**Prerequisites**:

- Completion of a three-year college diploma or academic equivalent, related to the sector of activity, and four years of relevant experience
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively
- Experience in coordination
- Banking experience, an asset
- Knowledge of Seismic, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, GB Fonds, WebAdvisor, FundServ, Power BI an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
