**Bannister Salmon Arm **GM (a division of the **Bannister Automotive Group**) is looking for a **R**eceptionist/Filing Clerk P/T Saturdays only. **Our front staff plays a key role in our dealerships, where first impressions are lasting ones. We are looking for an outgoing, cheerful individual who will take on the important responsibility of greeting our visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. If you have exceptional oral and written communication skills, some bookkeeping experience, and know-how to work with office programs (word, excel, outlook) then this is the career opportunity you have been looking for.

**Wage: $18/hour**

**Schedule: Part-Time Saturdays Only (7 Hours)**

**What you need to be successful**:

- Experience as a front desk representative, or relevant position
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Bookkeeping experience (preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities - as filing duties will be required
- Detailed orientated
