The Position - A Professional Opportunity to Join a Dynamic Team We are looking for a high energy individual excited about becoming a key member of our team at the Shuswap Recreation Society. The Accounting Lead Hand will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable function and provides leadership to the accounting team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payables, supervises staff, meets regulatory matters and supports financial reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate will obtain the equivalent of an accounting or bookkeeping certificate with a minimum of 8 years accounting/bookkeeping experience and 3 years of supervisory experience. Proficient experience with Sage 50 would be considered an asset. This position offers a salary range of $32.00 to $36.00 per hour together with an attractive benefit package.
