Our **Support Centre Representatives** contributes to the effective operation of the branch network by completing administrative duties, such as registered product administration, to support the branch network. The Support Centre Representative provides back-up assistance to other Support Centre roles as required to ensure efficient service delivery.

**What you’ll do**:

- Audit incoming paper and digital files, and maintain the filing system.
- Administrate registered products (RRSP, TFSA, etc.).
- Troubleshoot eTransfer issues, audit wire transfers, and process external transfer requests.
- Order supplies, sort and distribute mail, etc.
- Complete daily posting of clearing, including rejected items, stop payments, and frozen accounts.
- Provide recommendations for holds or return of transactions on overdrawn accounts to Branch Managers.
- Undertake assigned administrative duties including regular and ad hoc reporting and audits.

**What you’ll bring**:

- A secondary school diploma.
- Comfort with technology, and the ability to learn new systems and programs.
- Ability to multitask in a face-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Commitment to continuous learning and self-development.
- 1-3 years of financial institution experience is preferred.
