We are seeking multiple International Student Recruitment & Admissions Advisors with proven experience in the international student market to join our dynamic team.

**The Role**

The Officer will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and enroll international students locally or overseas. This includes business development, marketing, and admissions support to ensure recruitment targets are met and students have a positive experience.

You will work closely with management to expand BICC’s presence locally and internationally, building strong relationships with students, families, and education agents.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and participate in recruitment activities, including education fairs, info sessions, and school visits (in Canada and abroad).
- Develop and maintain relationships with international education agents and partner institutions.
- Provide orientation and ongoing support for international students (academic, cultural, safety, settlement, and university transfer guidance).
- Prepare recruitment and orientation materials, including manuals and promotional content.
- Monitor student progress, provide guidance, and refer to professional support when needed.
- Collaborate with management on recruitment strategies, market development, and institutional linkages.
- Perform related administrative and admissions duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international student recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of the secondary and post-secondary education system in Canada and abroad.
- Fluency in **English** (written and spoken), plus proficiency in additional languages from our key recruitment regions—such as **Chinese, Japanese,** **Turkish, Korean, Vietnamese, or Spanish**—is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel (domestic and international); travel expenses paid by employer.
- Experience in marketing and business development is an asset.
