International Student Recruitment Officer

Ace Acumen High School is a Languages Canada accredited designated learning institution (DLI), a private international institution located in Toronto, Ontario. The school is fully inspected by the Ontario Ministry of Education. The courses we offer derive from the curriculum set by the Ontario Ministry of Education, and our students work towards their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) in order to continue their academic careers at a post-secondary school of their choice.

This role requires both time in the field making presentations and developing relationships in addition to social networking recruitment activities and follow-up.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Accomplish the specified and mandatory goal(s) metrics enrolment numbers
- Research and report updates of overseas and domestic education markets to develop an effective marketing strategy and plan
- Communicate through various channels with oversea business partners and maintain international recruitment partnership
- Manage agency contacts and assist with agent requests
- Assist with student attendance rates on a daily basis and ensure high quality student control
- Organize and attend student orientations, education fairs and other marketing events
- Promote ESL, College and High School programs in markets listed above
- Collect feedback and remain in communication with international students and agents to update them about school news and events
- Update school news on website and social media on a daily basis
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure student satisfaction and success

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma in a related field from a publicly accredited institution is mandatory
- Knowledge of educational systems and international secondary & post-secondary curriculums of other countries is an asset
- One year of relevant work experience, including experience in a multicultural and/or international setting
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite) and MS Office Suite
- **Fluent in a language other than English is considered an asset, preferred experience with South / South East Asian (VIETNAM, PHILIPPINES) educational systems**:
