**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure that, under your leadership and motivation, the Outlets Bar team operates effectively with strong communication and alignment with TCC’s values, promoting an inclusive and supportive work culture
- Oversee the daily workflow of the Outlets Department (Eg. shift floor plans, guidance to F&B Supervisors)
- Hiring, effective onboarding and detailed training for all new Bar employees in the Outlets
- Overall accountability for all member feedback related to Outlets Bar service and atmosphere; regularly reviewing and evaluating member satisfaction with thoughtful and timely follow up and implementation
- Perform constructive and timely performance evaluations and ongoing coaching and performance management to the Outlets Bar team (Bartenders and Barbacks) to ensure an engaged, solutions focused and effective team member experience
- In the absence of the Restaurants Manager, providing leadership and guidance to all Outlets team members
- In the absence of an F&B Supervisor, on-the-floor leadership to the team of servers, bartenders and support staff, as well as completing all related duties, including the closing report

**REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Exceptional knowledge of Food & Beverage (wine, spirits, beer and coffee)
- Strong relationship building skills with both members and team members
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite; experience using a client information database and POS system (Jonas preferred)
- Must be able to work flexible hours and days including nights and weekends
- Serve it Right Certification required; Food Safe Level 1 preferred
- WSET certification a strong asset in the role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong discernment with a high degree of confidentiality
- Superior management/leadership skills with several years of hospitality experience in a high-end establishment
