**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders and ensuring that the bar runs smoothly. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the food service industry and enjoy providing excellent customer service.

**Duties**
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks to guests efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Restock supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice as needed throughout shifts.
- Help with food preparation tasks, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Provide exceptional guest services by attending to customer needs and requests promptly.
- Operate the POS system for processing orders when necessary.
- Support the overall operations of the restaurant by assisting in various tasks as directed by management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to help out wherever needed, demonstrating a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.

Pay: $17.85-$26.87 per hour

Expected hours: 17 per week
