**Duties**
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead and motivate a team of servers, cooks, and staff to achieve operational excellence
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to maintain quality standards
- Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Conduct interviewing and hiring of new staff members; oversee training and development
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock control
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Implement policies related to hospitality, service standards, and operational procedures
**Experience**
- Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant management practices including cash handling, inventory control, and customer service excellence
- Prior experience in hospitality or hotel industry is a plus
- Barista experience or bar management background is advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview and train staff effectively
Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
