**Duties**
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate employee performance evaluations and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Support project management efforts related to HR initiatives, including training programs and policy updates.
- Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
