**Position Overview**:
We’re currently seeking a **Concrete Finisher / General Labourer** with experience in both **concrete and asphalt work**. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can perform a variety of tasks across both scopes, including placing and finishing concrete, assisting with asphalt paving, and supporting the team with site prep and cleanup.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Concrete Duties**:

- Place, level, and finish concrete for sidewalks, curbs, pads, and slabs
- Use hand and power tools such as trowels, screeds, floats, and edgers
- Form and prep areas for concrete pours
- Ensure proper grading, elevation, and finishing standards

**Asphalt & General Labour Duties**:

- Assist with raking, shoveling, and placing asphalt
- Support paver and roller operators with ground work
- Perform site cleanup, material handling, and loading/unloading
- Follow directions from foreman and work as part of a coordinated team
- Maintain safe work practices and help ensure a tidy job site

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in concrete finishing and/or asphalt paving
- Comfortable with physical labour and working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Skilled with concrete tools and finishing techniques
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid G-class driver’s license (DZ or AZ is an asset)
- Punctual, reliable, and safety-focused
