The position helps provide and maintain facilities for Church members, visitors, and friends to worship, teach, learn, pray together, make and renew covenants, and receive sacred ordinances. Each Church facility should 1) Provide a spiritual setting for worship, and 2) Present an image of reverence and dignity in the community.
This position, under the direction of the Facility Services Supervisor:

- Assists two or more Facilities Management Groups (FMG) to help ensure timely maintenance to facilities using established processes and standards of maintenance, repair, and replacement
- Provides administrative and clerical support to two or more Facilities Management workgroups
- This is an individual contributor role

Customer Support Focus
- Supports provision of access to facilities
- Work order management and execution
- Partners with Facility Manager, IFM provider and other team members to accomplish tasks
- Performs other office and administrative duties as assigned

Finance Focus
- Updates and maintains digital files for projects and other information for the FMG
- Prepares purchase requisitions, processes invoices, prepares financial reports, tracks materials and services, communicates frequently with vendors, contractors and providers
- Places orders for equipment and updates inventory
- Other administrative and office duties as assigned
- Three years diverse clerical experience
- Strong communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and effective business writing
- Basic business accounting skills, including understanding of invoices, purchase orders, contracts
- Organizational skills including filing, scheduling, time management and prioritization
- Demonstrated customer service skills and an understanding of customer service principles
- Ability to respond quickly to change, work in a fast-paced environment and develop a flexible, innovative approach to problems
- To successfully perform the essential functions of the job there may be physical requirements which need to be met such as sitting for long periods of time and using computer monitors/equipment.

Preferred:

- Two years post high school education
