Payroll & HR Administrator

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage and maintain HRIS systems such as Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Ceridian, Kronos, and ADP to ensure accurate employee data entry and reporting.
- Oversee onboarding and training & development programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Facilitate change management initiatives by assisting with organizational restructuring and process improvements.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Coordinate payroll processing activities using systems such as ADP or Kronos, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Assist in project management tasks related to HR initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and reporting for strategic decision-making.
- Support administrative functions including data entry, document management, and maintaining accurate records of HR activities.
- Conduct interviews and participate in HR sourcing efforts to attract top talent.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, Ceridian, Kronos, ADP, or Dayforce.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems like iCIMS or Lever for talent acquisition processes.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems including ADP or Kronos.
- Familiarity with training & development programs and employee onboarding procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction across all levels of the organization.
- Project management capabilities to coordinate multiple HR initiatives efficiently.
- Ability to handle change management processes smoothly within dynamic environments.
- Data collection and analysis skills for generating reports that support HR strategy.
Pay: $40,750.96-$62,157.85 per year
