**JOB** **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Serve as the first point of contact for all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Maintain HR documentation including employee records (soft and hard copies) and ensure all HR databases and systems are up-to-date and accurate.
- Responsible for timely benefit enrolment, terminations, and updating benefit coverage based on employment and life changes
- Support recruitment activities; screen resumes, phone interviews, manager interview scheduling, issue employment offers and background screenings.
- Ensure that all new hires have completed the required paper work. Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on boarding packages and explaining company policies
- Initiate the on-boarding process of employees by confirming the IT requests, issue security passes with photos and assign system access.
- Track and update compliance items and obtains supporting documentation including ensuring that the employees have current ID on file (valid RAIC, SIN, citizenship/PR card, etc.)
- Assist in payroll administration and other related information e.g. time & attendance, leaves and OT records are well recorded.
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
- Coordinate HR events like job fairs, meetings and trainings.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Human Resource or equivalent working experience.
- Minimum 2-year relevant working experience.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office with advanced Excel skills and exposure to an HRIS system.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exceptional attention to details.
- A team player and independent thinker with excellent organization, time-management and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with situations proactively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $37,796.91-$65,211.63 per year
