Renewal by Andersen is the largest window manufacturer in North America and still growing rapidly. We are looking for well-spoken, energetic, and eager individuals who want to learn new skills or start a career with unlimited opportunities on a part-time basis.

This challenging and fun job takes place at different fairs, festivals, community events, and retail locations throughout the Greater Toronto area. As an Event Representative/Brand Ambassador, you will meet with hundreds of homeowners and generate leads by scheduling appointments for our window experts to provide a free in-home consultation.

**Pay: $16.50/hr + Uncapped Bonus **(Average Reps Make $25+/hr)**

**Job Duties**:
Represent the company at local retail locations

Represent the company at weekend events such as tradeshows and festivals

Actively engage with the public to identify home improvement needs

Answer general questions and stimulate interest in our products

Gather information for appointment setting purposes

**Qualifications**:
Outgoing Personality

Self-motivated, professional, career-minded attitude

Ability to drive a conversation

Organization skills

Reliable Transportation

Sales, marketing experience beneficial, but not required

Must be 18 years or older

**Requirements**:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasions

Must be capable of being on your feet for 4-6 hours

Flexible scheduling only available after training is complete

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
