**Leasing Agent**

**Description**

Leenan Property Management is growing. We are looking for a Leasing Agent to provide our future tenants with an exceptional rental experience. Our leasing agent should provide an unforgettable customer service experience, portraying a friendly demeanour while troubleshooting and answering any questions or concerns from our customers.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Prepare properties for rent to show prospective tenants
- Give tours of open listings
- Portray the property and amenities positively
- Maintain working knowledge of the property market
- Ensure the property is well-maintained

**Required Skills**:

- Flexible to adapt to evolving scope of duties.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple engagements at one time.
- Solid team player with a positive attitude.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Remain flexible to changing priorities and operate with the company’s success as the focus.

- Organizational skills, both physical and digital
- Public speaking and presentation

Qualifications:

- Demonstrates a high level of customer service.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Vehicle and Valid Drivers Licensande
- Hours for this position will vary, the ability to work select weekends will be required

Compensation:

- $18-$20/hourly
- Paid mileage

**This position is casual and flexible. Hours may vary from as little as 0 to 5 hours per week. This is a casual position. We can work around your existing schedule.**

- Your available hours for this position (For example, I am available Monday (12-4), Wednesday (3-7), Fridays (anytime) and Sundays (2-4)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 0-5 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
