**What You Will Do**
- Manage and support daily eCommerce operations, overseeing processing, listing, shipping, and customer service to ensure departmental goals and targets are met.
- Train, develop, and supervise team members, including scheduling, time tracking, and performance documentation.
- Promote and enforce workplace health, safety, loss prevention, and Lean-oriented processes to improve efficiency, safeguard property, and standardize work.
- Identify and address workflow bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational gaps, driving continuous improvement.
- Use performance data to build dashboards and reports that track KPIs, support analysis, and inform decision-making.
- Encourage innovation by supporting new ideas, process improvements, and pilot initiatives.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of backend systems (e.g., Upright Lister, ShopGoodwill, eBay, EasyPost), including platform settings, workflows, and integrations, and assist with troubleshooting and system improvements.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve operational and logístical issues affecting efficiency and performance.
- Engage with retail stores by offering feedback, sharing performance insights, and helping improve item selection for eCommerce.
- Assist in handling escalated customer service issues, ensuring timely resolution and a positive customer experience.
- Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training resources in collaboration with the Learning team and frontline staff.
- Support the rollout of new tools, workflows, or process changes, ensuring smooth adoption by the team.
