**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including inventory management and administrative tasks.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems and ensure accurate transaction processing.
- Handle payroll administration and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain store appearance and organization to provide an inviting shopping experience.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional strategies that drive sales.

**Qualifications**
- Proven leadership experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
- Familiarity with recruiting processes and staff development techniques.
- Proficient in administrative tasks related to store management, including payroll processing.
- Experience with POS systems and sales tracking is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.

Must have previous experience in a variety store or gas station.
