We are looking for an upbeat and motivated individual to take on the role of Assistant Manager for our company. The Assistant Manager will be tasked with supervising employees and helping to complete daily tasks in a timely manner. This includes assisting managers with scheduling, monitoring employees on the floor, making sure products are correctly stocked, and reporting any training issues or relevant problems to a higher level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage employees and be familiar with company policies.
- Become a master at the fundamentals of the job and know the ins and outs of the product line.
- Help provide training for new hires and be willing to learn new skills so you can support the department.
- Be organized, have good communication skills, and have good time management skills.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
