The Assistant Manager works directly with the full service staff and is in charge of creating schedules, making sure that legal regulations are met and covering shifts if necessary. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for ordering supplies and ensuring that all restaurant equipment is running smoothly. **Salary**: $18.50-$45.75 per hour
