**PAYMENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE**

**Status: Permanent Full-Time**

**Reporting To: Manager, Member Services**

**Hours of Work: Monday-Friday**

**Location: Onsite: 4406 17 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T6T 0C2**

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payment services, collections, data entry or customer service experience.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent ability to negotiate.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to input and interpret data.
- Fundamental math skills to facilitate payment rate calculations.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office; ability to type 25 words per minute.

**Conditions of Employment**

Successful applicants must provide proof of qualifications. Reliable transportation to and from work location required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- debt collection: 1 year (preferred)
