Member Services Representative (Front Desk)
Are you

We now have part time Member Services Representative roles to fill. If you are friendly, professional, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional

This front desk position, is the primary point of contact as members and guests
enter the Club, and sets the tone for a warm, welcoming and positive experience
for all members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Creating the member experience
by being personable, knowledgeable and approachable in all interactions
with members. - Acting as the central source of
information for members and guests regarding club activity and taking
responsibility for learning about all of the services which the club
offers. - Assisting with program
registrations, cancellations, club services and court bookings. - Selling and stocking pro-shop
items and assisting members with purchases. - Updating and communicating
membership changes. - Assist members in their needs
for all areas of the club. - Using proper telephone
etiquette and directing calls/inquiries to the appropriate departments. - Using proper mail, package, and
message handling procedures. - Handling complaints by
providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
and following up to ensure resolution
Requirements
- High school graduate or
equivalent - 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Strong customer service skills.
- Administrative skills
- Excellent oral and written
communication skills - Strong organizational,
interpersonal, and administration skills - Proficient with
computerized systems - Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be available to work full time on various shifts.
- Security Check will be
required.
