Job Title: Member Services Representative

- Provide excellent customer service to members, guests, and staff
- Greet and check-in members and guests upon arrival
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with membership inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments for courses and books
- Provide information about facility amenities, programs, and services
- Handle member complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive member experience

Qualifications:

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
