Junior Customer Experience Specialist

**Position Summary**:
RDS Brokerage is looking for short-term **Jr. Customer Experience Specialists** who will work alongside the Customer Experience Manager to assist in connecting with the registrants for a brand-new condominium that has come to market at Spadina and Adelaide. This is a great opportunity for anyone who has a passion for communicating and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be based just steps from our beautifully designed Presentation Gallery and on the edge of the downtown core
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to registrants from our internal database.
- Become well-versed in the condominium and surround community in order to communicate with registrants and inspire interest in the project.
- Communicate accurate information on the condominium to registrants in a clear and professional manner.
- Maintain detailed notes of calls with registrants and correctly input information into a proprietary CRM system.
- Schedule appointments for registrants to visit our presentation gallery.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role with an emphasis on phone communication is a must.
- Previous experience using a CRM system and/or calendar booking system.
- Proficient in English.
- High Level of Empathy.
- Passionate & Professional Communicator.
- Diligent.
- Strong Organizational Skills.
- Previous experience in a call-centre environment is considered an asset.

Mon-Thurs - 11-6 pm
Fridays - closed
Sat & Sun - 11-6pm
