We're seeking a Part Time Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional service to our patients and customers while maintaining the utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive medication information. As the friendly face and helpful voice they rely on, your tech-savvy skills, organizational prowess, problem-solving abilities, and experience in delivery coordination will be invaluable to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance to customers via chat, phone, and in person, addressing inquiries and processing orders.
- Resolve problems promptly and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate product deliveries meticulously, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry and documentation with precision and attention to detail.
- Uphold strict confidentiality protocols in handling patient information and medication data.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous.
- Proficiency in technology is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in delivery coordination is preferred.
- Knowledge of maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality is crucial.
