**Your Part in It**:
Working out of our Mississauga office in Ontario, we are looking for our next Human Resources Generalist. Working within the Human Resources department, you will participate in various Human Resources projects in a fast paced and continuously evolving environment.

**HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST**

**What the Job Entails**:

- Preparing contracts and new-hire packages for new employees and coordinate integration calendar
- Inform employees of policies and procedures and guide them when needed
- Participate in various HR projects
- Keep HR KPIs updated for the department
- Fill documentation for hires, transfers, etc.
- Handle employee relation issues
- Review policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn
- Customer service oriented
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and proactive
- Eager to learn and passionate about HR

This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday.

Traffic Tech has implemented preventative measures and safety precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all persons entering Traffic Tech facilities. For example, upon arrival masks are mandatory, employees are greeted by our in-house full-time health screeners, social distancing is maintained in all common areas (6ft/2m), hand sanitizer stations are strategically spaced out around the office, there is a restricted flow of traffic within the office to avoid interdepartmental spreads or outbreaks, and increased cleaning of all office spaces and warehouses.

Traffic Tech remains compliant with all federal and provincial COVID guidelines.
