**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Working alongside a team of production team members and providing the best service possible to all our customers.- Communicating with other departments about shortages and delays.- Maintain organization of the production area.- Assigning work orders to team members to ensure the team is meeting overall KPIs.- Replenishing workstations with appropriate resources.- Data entry of the work orders and associated tasks.- Data entry of inventory.- Maintaining FIFO.- Scheduling team member breaks.- Training and coaching of team members.- Recommending systems and/or processes to help meet team KPIs.- Completing accurate records of the quality assurance document (QA checks etc.)

**What We Are Looking For**:
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, warehouse, or high-paced environment preferred.- Able to work in a high-paced warehouse environment with strict deadlines.- Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment. The warehouse is kept at between 0 to 10 degrees Celsius.- Able to stand on your feet for 8-hour shifts.- Ability to lift objects up to 30 lbs. (13 kgs).
