As a certified B Corporation, we make convenient eating healthy and sustainable for the communities we operate in. We source quality local ingredients whenever possible, and deliver in reusable, recyclable and compostable packaging. We offer 10 chef-created meal kit recipes each week, with options for many lifestyles and preferences including vegetarian and vegan.

**What You'll Be Doing**
We’re looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to elevate the Cook it and Fresh Prep brands across Canada. This dual-focus role blends creative social media management with strategic influencer marketing to enhance brand visibility and foster meaningful connections. You’ll lead content creation, community engagement, social platform performance, and brand influencer partnerships, driving awareness and community growth.
**Social Media**:
- Strategy & Planning_
- Develop and implement dual-brand social media strategies for Cook it and Fresh Prep, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Create detailed content calendars based on the editorial line and pillars, focusing on each platform's best practices and audience engagement.
- Content Creation & Management_
- Create and design high-quality platform-specific content (images, videos, reels, etc.) that resonates with the target audience.- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all social media channels, including customer-facing and corporate platforms.
- Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
- Analytics & Reporting_
- Monitor and report on key social media KPIs regularly, providing insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
- Track social media trends and food industry activities, adjusting strategy as needed.
**Influencer Marketing**:
- Strategy & Outreach_
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to support brand awareness, engagement, and campaign goals.- Identify and build relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and content creators who align with brand values and messaging.
- Collaborate with the Growth team and the Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency and alignment on sporadic influencer conversion campaigns.
- Campaign Management_
- Coordinate influencer campaigns, including contract negotiations, content briefs, and performance tracking.
- Ensure collaborations are authentic, impactful, and in line with both brands' tone and objectives.
- Reporting & Optimization_
- Analyze, monitor and report influencer campaign KPIs and performance, providing insights and recommendations to the Brand and Growth team to optimize future campaigns.
- Stay up to date on influencer trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign’s performance.
**Qualifications**
- Bilingual with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.- Strong familiarity with the francophone market in Quebec.- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- 2-3 years of experience managing social media platforms and/or influencer marketing, ideally for e-commerce or food-related brands.- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Hootsuite).- Experience building and managing influencer relationships and campaigns.- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, considered an asset.- Up-to-date knowledge of best practices and trends for social media and influencer marketing.- Flexibility to accommodate changing priorities while using sound judgment.- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.- Proven track record of growing and engaging communities on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Linkedin.
