Undermount Farm Ltd. is a reputable agricultural enterprise dedicated to sustainable farming practices and delivering high-quality produce to our customers. As part of our continued growth and dedication to excellence, we are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Specialist to join our finance team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and process invoices for products and services rendered by Undermount Farm Ltd.
- Verify the accuracy of billing data, including pricing, quantities, and discounts.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to obtain necessary information for billing purposes.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of billing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers and reconcile accounts as necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of billing activities and customer interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of agricultural industry practices and terminology is a plus.

Pay: $22.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
