Pomme Natural Market is a new 100% locally owned and operated full service all natural market currently recruiting a full time Customer Service Supervisor.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, dependable, and self-motivated team player that is passionate about great service Under the supervision of the Store Manager, this position is responsible for providing top-notch customer service and leading the customer service team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and motivation to all Cashiers
- Train new department staff
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Work closely with the Store Manager to promote sales and events
- Perform weekly shifts as a key holder; opening and closing the store
- Process customer transactions and complete end of day cash reconciliation
- Liaise and communicate effectively with team members and other departments
- Maintain consistency in providing excellent customer service
- Leave a lasting positive impression on all customers that shop at Pomme
- Serve as a role model for Pomme's vision and instills these values in team members
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Be bondable (able to pass a criminal record check)
- Have significant previous experience in a customer service oriented environment
- Have extensive cash handling experience
- Have superb leadership skills
- Have strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Have an interest in all natural, organic, local and healthy ingredients and foods
- Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
