Based in British Columbia, Canada, we are a leading wholesale distribution source for in-house designed aftermarket automotive accessories and outdoor lifestyle gear in the US and Canada. 【Job Description】 - Supervised, coordinated, and reviewed customer service calls handled by clerks and agents to ensure quality service delivery. - Make work schedules plan and procedures for the customer service representative to ensure efficient operation - Prepare weekly product review reports to the management team - Give training to new hires and inform company policies - Report customer feedbacks to IT department for online system if any bugs reported and ensure system working properly for better customer service - Utilized Netsuite and data input systems to process orders and maintain accurate records of customer information. - Monitored service performance, handled feedback, and contacted vendors to resolve issues. - Collaborated with different teams (e.g. logistic, marketing, IT, accounting department) for product quality improvement and listing updates, occasionally performing frontline duties to maintain operational efficiency. - Perform same duties as worker supervised and perform other related duties as assigned. 【Education Required】: Bachelor Degree 【Work Experience】: >=1 years 【Job Vacancy】:1 【Term of Employment】: Permanent, Full Time 【Contact Information】 Telephone: 1-866-340-3038 Work Location: Unit 250 - 2755 Lougheed Hwy, Port Coquitlam, British Columbia Canada, V3B 5Y9 Pay: $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 per week **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Paid time off Work Location: In person
