**The Role**:
The Team Member, Logistics is responsible for moving, transferring and loading raw and finished building components while following all safety policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate various machinery to aid in the handling of raw material and building components.
- Manually load and unload raw material, in progress or finished building components.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow departmental and company policies.
- Meet departmental goals by efficiently prioritizing and completing daily tasks.
- Adhere to work schedules (start time/end time, lunch and breaks) to ensure mínimal disruption to workflow.
- Work cooperatively and efficiently with coworkers to achieve team, department and company metrics.
- Proactively reporting corrective and or/preventative actions to your immediate supervisor when warranted for the continuous improvement of operations.
- Perform all duties according to company and departmental quality policies and standards.
- Efficiently and safely operate machinery and check for simple maintenance as needed and make slight adjustments when necessary.
- Report malfunctioning equipment immediately to the supervisor.
- Continuously assess the physical condition of the workplace regarding safety and escalate issues to the supervisor, as required.
- Bin management to ensure all equipment bins are emptied on a regular basis.
- Complete cycle count frequency, accuracy, recounts, adjustments, and escalate issues as required to the supervisor.
- Review and correct incoming and outgoing materials to ensure all shipments have the correct count
- Use the RF Smart tool to move inventory in and out of the factory.
- Place the loads on the appropriate trucks according to the established schedule.
- Coordinate jobs with other Material Handlers to ensure task completion at the end of the day.

**You will bring**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as Materials Handler in a manufacturing plant
- Safety certifications (WHMIS, Working at Heights)
- Ability to drive a forklift.
- Organizational skills - can juggle conflicting priorities and can be flexible in managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player, who can interrelate and operate effectively with peers and other associates within a collegial, yet demanding work environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships - is friendly, engaging and has ability to build trust with all stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid DZ driver’s license is required.
