- Manage Working Groups assigned by proactively communicating with the lead(s) to determine meeting cadence, agenda, and reference materials.
- Provide front-line support to Working Group participants & onboard new participants.
- Manage Working Group Conference line technology.
- Attend and actively participate in Working Group meetings by calling the meeting to order, establishing attendance (voting/non-voting), assisting the leader in facilitation, and capture minutes.
- Track and report on Working Group actions and decision communicating with leaders and participants on status and maintain Working Group project collaboration tool.
- Publish minutes and post to relevant organization site(s).
- Maintain accurate Working Group rosters and meeting attendance.
- Create and maintain internal procedures such as archiving of Working Group materials, documents, addenda files, and related timelines and processes.
- Coordinates all aspects related Working Group ballots and surveys.

**As our next Working Group Specialist, you will bring**:

- Bachelor's (B.A./B.S.) degree required.
- Three to six years' experience in project coordinator and/or experience in Industry Association environment.
- Familiarity with documenting project requirements, project plans and processes.
- Demonstrated ability for effectively and efficiently working with and supporting committees/groups for high-impact results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and must be able to collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Must be able to take the lead and work on multiple projects concurrently in a deadline-oriented environment, be able to handle sensitive, confidential information, and ensure that there is good coordination between project stakeholders.
- The individual must have excellent verbal and written communication and motivational skills to enable and empower volunteer committee efforts in support of assigned projects.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage several projects simultaneously and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
- Must demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism when dealing with sensitive and/or confidential matters.
- Must be a technologically savvy knowledge worker who seeks out technology solutions to business challenges. Specific technology knowledge and experience needed to produce the desired outcomes includes MS Office Suite products and familiarity with web content management systems.
- Must be able to travel domestically/internationally (approx 2-4 times per year) with valid travel credentials.
- Must be able to show proof of vaccination and meet applicable travel and/or client requirements.
