Administrative Assistant

As an administrative assistant, your primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the organization, department or executive you are working with. Scheduling appointments and meetings: You will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring that all participants are informed and prepared.

Coordination and logistics: You will be responsible for making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, coordinating events, and other logístical tasks as needed.

Reception and customer service: You will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service to clients and customers.
Office organization and management: You will be responsible for managing the office environment, including ordering supplies, organizing files, and maintaining equipment.
Research and analysis: You may be responsible for conducting research and analysis on a variety of topics, including market trends, industry developments, and competitive analysis.
Other duties as assigned: Depending on the needs of the organization, you may be asked to take on additional duties or responsibilities as needed.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
