**Your role with us**:
The Inside Sales Manager will lead the continuous improvement and development of the Inside Sales team, build and maintain relationships with customers, and develop sales opportunities and grow existing accounts. The Inside Sales Manager will lead development of sales administration functions, ensuring completeness and accuracy to established best practices and integration to (enterprise resource planner) ERP.
**You will bring to the role**:
- Post-secondary education in an engineering or business-related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading and developing an Inside Sales team, aligning to strategic goals and monitoring performance.
- Inside Sales experience in a technical or manufacturing environment is required.
- Understanding of technical sales processes and best practices, and experience developing and implementing workflows/work instructions.
- Experience working within an ERP system and CRM software.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a high-demand environment.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and reporting.
- Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite products.
