- Proactively providing support and mentorship for your team with regular check ins, additional learning, and offer guidance for best practices.

**Mandatory Requirement (Pass/Fail)**
- Resource must be Prosci/ADKAR certified. Please provide copy of certificate.
- Resource must be able to work and be located full-time on site at SaskEnergy Head Office in Regina, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

**NOTE: Proponents that do not pass the above mandatory will not be further evaluated.
