**Responsibilities**:
SGI believes that effective collaboration happens by thinking beyond the role and division, being clear on decisions and accountabilities, building relationships while being open minded and respectful and driving action forward to put the best interests of SGI first. The successful individual for this role will play a pivotal role in SGIs Corporate Transformation. As such, we are looking for a collaborative and strategic thinker who is ready to support the business through our Corporate Transformation.
This role is responsible for reporting, tracking, monitoring, researching and providing support on initiatives that require change management activities for SGI. You will gather, input, analyze and report on change data to proactively inform the development and implementation of change management tactics to help increase the successful adoption of change within SGI. You will analyze data within the Change Management Platform and provide insight into where changes might impact our employees across corporate initiatives.
We are looking to fill one temporary full-time position in Regina, SK for a two-year term. Remote work opportunities will be considered, however travel to Regina will be required on a monthly basis, as determined by the manager.
