**Description**

Our Client is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to use their experience and expertise to support the organizational change management efforts on assigned project(s) through creation and delivery of organizational change management deliverables in alignment with the Prosci/ADKAR methodology and best practices. This role focuses on the creation of organizational change management work products and deliverables for distribution to the project team, project manager and/or business lead and relates to creation of work products for proofing by the project team, project manager and/or business lead and deployment through the sponsor assigned to the project(s).

Must be able to work full time in Regina, Saskatchewan, during regular business hours. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply.

**Experience Required/Mandatory Skills**
- Prosci/ADKAR certified.
- Must be able to work and be located full-time on site in Regina, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

**Nice To Have Skills**
- Knowledge of Change Management Frameworks.
- Experience leading Change Management on IT projects. Knowledge of IT systems and digital transformation projects to understand technical impacts on users.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to align change initiatives with project timelines.
- Maintaining project documentation related to all the change management activities.
- Facilitating discussions for the purpose of gathering and understanding the stakeholders and impacts of the change.
- Experience delivering a Change Management Strategy, Change Management Plan including a communication plan, sponsor reports, training plan and resistance management plans.
- Experience with conducting readiness assessments, evaluate results, identify risks, issues and anticipated points of resistance and make recommendations as necessary.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Experience in knowledge sharing to ensure progressive realization of improvements within the change management standards.
- North American job experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to prepare and deliver updates, training, and workshops.

- 1 year with 4 possible 1-year extensions
