**Description**

Our Client is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to use their experience and expertise to support the organizational change management efforts on the assigned project(s) through creation and delivery of organizational change management deliverables in alignment with the Prosci/ADKAR methodology and best practices. This role focuses on the creation of organizational change management work products and deliverables for distribution to the project team, project manager and/or business lead and relates to creation of work products for proofing by the project team, project manager and/or business lead and deployment through the sponsor assigned to the project(s). The Organizational Change Manager will functionally report to the Project Manager for the project.

This role is 100% on site in Regina, Saskatchewan. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply.

**Experience Required/Mandatory Skills**
- Resource must be Prosci/ADKAR certified at time of submission
- Must be able to work full-time on site in Regina, Saskatchewan during regular business hours.
- Knowledge of Change Management
- Experience leading Change Management on IT projects
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement or Agile methodology and Project Management for IT Projects.
- Maintaining project documentation related to organizational change management activities.
- Facilitating discussions for the purpose of gathering and understanding the stakeholders and impacts of the change.
- Experience delivering a Change Management Strategy, Change Management Plan, communication plan, sponsor engagement and reports, training plan, reinforcement plan and resistance management plan.
- Experience conducting readiness assessments, evaluating results, identifying risks, issues and anticipated points of resistance and make recommendations as necessary.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Experience in knowledge sharing to ensure progressive realization of improvements within the change management standards.
- North American job experience
- Possess excellent written, oral, and listening communication skills, adapting to audiences ranging from end users to C-Level management.
