As part of our small but dedicated team, you’ll work directly with the owners and be a key part of delivering a top-notch experience for our guests. **Role Overview**: We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable **FOH Support Staff** member to join our team. This position involves supporting our front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Your role will include tasks such as running food, clearing dishes, washing dishes when necessary, polishing cutlery, folding linen, and other service support duties that help our restaurant run seamlessly. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Service Support**: Run food, clear dishes, and assist with maintaining the flow of service. - **Dishwashing**: At times, you may be asked to assist with washing dishes to help keep the kitchen moving. - **Polishing & Folding**: Ensure cutlery is polished, linens are folded, and all service items are prepared for the next guest. - **Collaboration & Communication**: Work closely with the owners and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service. **What We’re Looking For**: - **Experience**: Some experience in a restaurant environment, specifically in front-facing customer service, is necessary. - **Skills**: Knowledge of food safety standards, time management, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. - **Certifications**: Food handling certification is required. Smart Serve certification is also a must. - **Work Ethic**: Strong work ethic with a focus on time management and maximizing efficiency so the team can focus on providing an exceptional dining experience. - **Attitude**: A positive, proactive attitude is essential. Uniforms will be provided where necessary. **Training & Onboarding**: We’re looking for someone who can start right away and is eager to grow with us. You’ll learn the ins and outs of running a successful and impactful small restaurant, and be a part of our journey as we expand.
