**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, taking orders, and serving food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining tables, waiting areas, and restrooms.
- Assist with bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving alcoholic beverages responsibly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to engage with guests effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts.
- A passion for the food industry and commitment to providing outstanding service to guests.
