Fan Experience Coordinator

The **Ottawa Titans** are hiring an energetic, passionate and self-motivated **Fan Experience Coordinator** as part of its 2025 Summer Internship Program. This is a paid, full-time seasonal position beginning mid-April and ending at the conclusion of the baseball season.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the planning and execution of theme nights and in-game entertainment, including on-field and in-stadium promotions, and the overall 2025 Promotional Calendar
- Lead the Fan Experience Team to create an exciting, fun and energetic game environment, while ensuring great customer service and satisfaction
- Assist with creation and execution of game-day scripts, including but not limited to: writing content, acquiring music playlists, content research, etc.
- Organize on-field and off-field logistics for game-day, including leading the on-field production team in executing between-inning activities
- Attend team and community events alongside Cappy, the Titans mascot, for the purpose of making new connections and growing the Ottawa Titans brand
- Support other departments as needed
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bilingual (French & English)
- Willing to step beyond your comfort zone, have fun and be energetic for extended periods of time.
- Desire to work in the sports and entertainment industry and specifically in a field related to Fan Experience or Event Planning
- Willingness and ability to work a variable schedule including late nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours as needed, including all Titans games
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate, problem solve, think outside the box, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent people skills and communication skills
- Passionate, confident and highly-motivated
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Approachable, open-minded and a willingness to learn
- Canadian citizenship/residency or valid work permit
**Education and Experience**
- Pursuing bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
- Previous customer service experience required
